ARALUBE KRANTZ PLU SERIES
(High Performance Anti-Ageing Grease)
DESCRIPTION
ARALUBE KRANTZ PLU SERIES is state of the art high performance grease with synthetic polymer thickener, and provides excellent extreme pressure properties. It is truly multi-functional grease that outperforms alumium and lithium complex grease and provides exceptional compatibility with almost all grease types. The inherent anti –oxidant properties of its unique ashless thickener formulation provide excellent low temperature mobility and long life at elevated temperatures and means little or no residue if formed, even in applications where the grease is completely burnt off.
CUSTOMER BENEFITS
- The proprietary formulation makes this grade highly suitable for product consolidation and provides simple maintenance and cost effectiveness;
- Protects heavily loaded equipment, and extends bearing life
- Resists running, bleeding, a nd softening at high temperatures
- Won’t soften, breakdown, or wash out in wet applications
- Suitable for use in centralized lubrication systems and low temperature environments
- Easy conversion and reduced risks over cross contamination
TYPICAL APPLICATION
ARALUBE KRANTZ PLU SERIES is highly for extended periods of operation at elevated temperature, sealed for life applications like Electric Motor Bearing (EMB). It is designed for industrial, automotive, cable and heavy duty construction/ over-the-road equipment. Typically lubricantion of roller and slide bearings with high pressure and impacts loads at high bearing temperatures, e.g. roller tables, bearing on annealing furnaces, caasting equipment, hood-type annealing equipment, surface mining applications, and exceeds NLGI GC/LB requirements/
